BriefScore is a trading name of INM Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact us at our contact form.

  • Account data: Name and email address when you sign up (via Clerk).
  • Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Product briefs: The text you submit for analysis.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, timestamps, and browser type for analytics.

3. How we use your data

  • To generate and deliver your market research report.
  • To process payments via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (report delivery, receipts).
  • To improve our service and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your product briefs to train AI models.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Contract: Processing your brief and delivering your report.
  • Legitimate interest: Analytics and service improvement.
  • Consent: Marketing emails (if you opt in).

5. Data sharing

We share data only with:

  • Clerk — authentication provider
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing of your brief (your brief text is sent for analysis)

6. Data retention

We retain your account data and reports for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing our contact form.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
