1. About BriefScore
BriefScore is operated by INM Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
BriefScore provides AI-powered market research reports. You submit a product brief, and we deliver a structured report evaluating your idea against real products in your category. Reports are delivered digitally within approximately 10 minutes.
3. Pricing and payment
- Each report costs £19.99 (inclusive of VAT where applicable).
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- This is a one-time payment per report — no subscription.
4. Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your report. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- Before report generation begins: You may cancel for a full refund.
- After report delivery: If the report is materially defective (e.g., fails to generate, contains no meaningful analysis), we will issue a full refund.
- Dissatisfaction with results: If you are unhappy with the quality of your report, contact us within 14 days at our contact form and we will review your case. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly.
To request a refund, email our contact form with your order details.
5. What you get
Each report includes:
- A verdict and score (STRONG / MODERATE / WEAK out of 10)
- 8 predictive rules derived from your specific category
- Rule compliance scorecard
- Market landscape with 30 real products
- Methodology validation on held-out products
- Action plan based on identified gaps
6. Limitations of the service
- BriefScore reports are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
- Reports are generated using AI and publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all facts are correct or up-to-date.
- A high score does not guarantee business success. A low score does not mean your idea will fail. The report is one input among many.
7. Intellectual property
- You own the product brief you submit.
- You receive a licence to use your report for any purpose, including sharing with investors, partners, or advisors.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated data from reports to improve our service. We will never share your specific brief or report publicly without permission.
8. Account and data
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriefScore's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
